With its February 3rd theatrical release date quickly approaching, CBS Films has released another sneak peek at the upcoming movie ?The Woman in Black.?
The drama/horror flick stars Daniel Radcliffe in the lead, along with Ciaran Hinds, Liz White, Janet McTeer, Alisa Khazanova, Tim McMullan, Roger Allam, Daniel Cerquiera and Shaun Dolley.
Following a young lawyer named Arthur Kipps (Radcliffe), the story takes place in a client?s home where Kipps works alone and begins to discover tragic secrets.
After catching a glimpse of a mysterious woman dressed in black, Arthur finds himself trying to uncover the identity of the female, which leads to a race against time when he discovers her true intent.

Robert Downey Jr. in "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows"
Robert Downey Jr.'s steampunk take on the classic literary detective returns for a new mystery in "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows."
The first film from 2009 didn't exactly wow the critics, and the sequel is no exception. The mixed response ranges from "better than the first" to "one of the worst of the year," but the chemistry between Downey and Jude Law earned the critics' highest complements.
We've rounded up some of the best reviews to give you a sense what the critics are saying:
The Story
"As the film opens, Watson is paying a visit to his occasional partner in solving crimes. His wedding to Mary (Kelly Reilly) is fast approaching and Holmes is to be his best man. The intrigues begin in earnest with the bachelor party Holmes throws at an eccentric gentleman's club, in which none of Dr. Watson's pals show up but two new characters do — a very wry Stephen Fry as Holmes' brother, Mycroft, and a Gypsy fortuneteller Madam Simza Heron, played by Noomi Rapace. 'He's such a good actor and can carry a movie,' actor tells MTV News.

In August, when "The Bourne Legacy" opens in theaters, the man behind Jason Bourne, Matt Damon, won't be anywhere in sight. At least that's what the actor says.
Damon sat down with MTV News' Josh Horowitz while promoting his new film, "We Bought a Zoo," and he insisted he had no part in the fourth "Bourne" movie.
"No, I'm not in that one. I haven't even read the script," he said.
But as a key component of the series, Damon was able to give his take on how "Legacy," which is being directed by Tony Gilroy, fits in with the previous three films.
"My understanding is that it's like if you think of 'X-Men' and then 'Wolverine,' the spin-off movie, just think of it in reverse," he explained. "There's the Bourne character, and then there's this whole world. It doesn't preclude [director] Paul Greengrass and I from doing another ['Bourne' movie]."
Damon had spoken with the star of "Bourne Legacy," Jeremy Renner, briefly, but he insisted the conversation didn't have much to do with the series. "We didn't really talk about the movie much. I'm just a huge fan of his," Damon said.
When Damon and Greengrass — who directed the second and third "Bourne" films — met to move forward with the series after "Ultimatum," Renner was a topic of conversation. "When Paul Greengrass and I were talking about the character and maybe doing a fourth one a couple years ago and maybe passing it off to somebody, Renner was the guy we talked about. He's an obvious choice, because he's such a good actor and can carry a movie," he said.
For Damon, the "Bourne" movies strike a difficult balance that he feels Renner can successfully handle.
"Those movies are really tough, because you need the guy to be internally tortured about something, and Jeremy's the kind of guy you could watch," Damon said. "You could remove the action and watch Jeremy just angst over something for two hours, and it could be really compelling."

Rapper's popularity hit fever pitch in 2011 as she toured with Lil Wayne and Britney Spears.

Nicki Minaj kicked off her 29th birthday on the video set for Madonna's "Give Me All Your Love," and if that collaboration isn't enough indication of the monster year she's had, then factor in the kiss and personal birthday song Madge threw in.
Minaj released her debut album Pink Friday in November 2010, but her popularity hit fever pitch this year, which is why MTV has named the Young Money rapper the #2 in MTV's Artists of 2011 list, second only to Katy Perry.
Running off the momentum of last year — when she performed at Jay-Z and Eminem's sold-out Yankee Stadium shows — Minaj joined her YMCMB family on Lil Wayne's I Am Still Music Tour early in 2011. She then surprised even herself by landing an opening stint on Britney Spears' Femme Fatale Tour, where the two treated audiences to joint performances of Spears' "Till the World Ends" remix.
In addition to the fans she gained from both high-profile tours, Nicki's new cult following grew even more after her monster single "Super Bass," which became a pop-culture phenomenon and landed at #2 on MTV's Best Songs of 2011 list. Video clips of pop stars such as Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez rapping over the track made rounds on the Web, catapulting the song to new heights.
It makes sense then that when Minaj won the award for Best Rap/Hip-Hop Artist at the 2011 American Music Awards, she gave a shout-out to Taylor Swift — who was in the audience mouthing the words to "Super Bass." That night, Minaj also beat out Jay-Z and Kanye West's Watch the Throne and Lil Wayne's Tha Carter IV for Best Rap/Hip-Hop Album of the year, but that was only a fraction of her 2011 awards-show sweep.
The colorful clip that accompanied "Super Bass" nabbed a Moonman for the year's Best Hip-Hop Video at the VMAs, and the Young Money rapper took home a trophy for Best Female Hip-Hop Artist at the BET Awards. Top that off with Billboard's 2011 Rising Star Award and a much-coveted 2012 Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
Music was only the beginning of Nicki's whirlwind year. The Queen Barb inked a new deal with OPI nail polish to release her own six-color line in 2012, and in November, she joined Ricky Martin as the face of MAC's 2012 Viva Glam campaign (hear her rapping about both deals on Drake's Take Care single "Make Me Proud").
As the new projects and collaborations continued to roll in from left and right, Minaj's throng of Barbz began to press her for new music, which prompted Nicki to announce a February 14 release date for her sophomore album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded. The LP's first single, "Roman in Moscow," debuted just as Mattel immortalized her in a one-off Nicki Minaj Barbie doll that would be auctioned off for charity.
The public's love affair with Minaj this year was easy enough to sum up in words, but D12's Bizarre put a visual spin on it with the strange but entertaining "Hey Nicki" video. The clip catches the Detroit rapper vying for her attention, and although it reaches into creepy territory, you can't help but feel that the masses perfectly understand Bizarre's infatuation. If you still haven't had enough Nicki Minaj in 2011, catch her closing out the year on Dick Clark's Rockin' New Years Eve.

Silent black-and-white film earns six nods, while 'The Descendants' and 'The Help' rack up five each.

The stars woke up early Thursday (December 15), hoping to hear their names when the nominations for the 69th annual Golden Globes were announced. Without many front-runners in the major categories, the Globe nominations gave one of the first serious indications of how the Academy Awards will play out in February. "The Artist," with six nominations, and "The Descendants" and "The Help," with five each, cemented their place at the top of the Best Picture race.
"The Artist," the silent, black-and-white tribute to old Hollywood, wowed audiences during the festival circuit and earned the most nods. In addition to its nomination for Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy, both Jean Dujardin and Bérénice Bejo walked away with acting nominations for their mostly silent roles. Writer/director Michel Hazanavicius earned mentions for both of his duties on the film.
The big surprise from the Hollywood Foreign Press Association ended up being "Ides of March," the George Clooney-directed political drama that found mild success with critics but fell behind in the early weeks of awards season. It scored four nominations in all.
Also on the board with four total nominations was "Moneyball," the true-life drama about the changing world of baseball starring Brad Pitt. Pitt earned a nomination for Best Lead Actor - Drama, while co-star Jonah Hill earned a Supporting Actor nod. "Moneyball" also racked up nominations for Best Motion Picture - Drama and for the screenplay written by Steven Zaillian, Aaron Sorkin, and Stan Chervin.
Two of Hollywood's biggest stars repeated with two nominations in major categories. "The Ides of March" co-stars Ryan Gosling and Clooney both doubled up on awards. Gosling snagged leading actor nods in both the drama and comedy categories for "The Ides of March" and "Crazy, Stupid, Love," which surprised by not getting a Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy nomination. Clooney also walked away with two, one for his directing efforts with "The Ides of March" and one for his lead role in "The Descendants."
"Bridesmaids" earned a nomination in the Best Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy category. Actress (and co-writer) Kristen Wiig scored a nomination for Best Actress - Musical or Comedy, but co-star Melissa McCarthy, the awards favorite from the film, failed to capture the HFPA's attention for Supporting Actress.
A potential awards dark horse, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2" had gained some momentum with an extensive "For Your Consideration" ad campaign, but the HFPA didn't hand out any awards to the blockbuster series' final chapter, as some had predicted.
For television, the biggest story may be the shakeup in both of the Best Series categories. New series dominated both categories, taking up seven of the 10 spots with nominations for "American Horror Story," "Boss," "Game of Thrones," "Homeland," "Enlightened," "Episodes" and "New Girl." "Breaking Bad," a critical favorite, went unrecognized, aside from Bryan Cranston's lead actor nomination. Former awards mainstay "The Office" received no nominations.
