In her just-aired one-hour documentary, Demi Lovato openly talked about her battle with an eating disorder, cutting herself and being diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
Named after a pair of tattoos on the "Skyscraper" singer's wrists, the documentary "Stay Strong" followed Demi's recovery from the moment she was released last year from the Timberline Knolls Residential Treatment Center in Illinois.
Before rehab, Miss Lovato admitted that she ?had so many issues underneath that needed to be taken care of and we kept just putting Band-Aids over it. It literally ended up driving me insane.?
And while she's been able to stay on the right track, the 19-year-old confessed that she still struggles at times, saying, ?I cannot tell you that I haven?t thrown up since treatment. I cannot tell you that I haven?t cut myself since treatment. This is a daily battle that I will face for the rest of my life.?
After the MTV special wrapped up, Miss Lovato stepped out at the network's studio to sit down for a fan Q&A session, with footage from the gathering available to be viewed below.
