Keeping herself occupied as she readies for tomorrow's courtroom appearance, Lindsay Lohan was spotted out shopping the day away in Venice, California on Tuesday (October 18).
The "Parent Trap" actress looked to be in a cheerful mood as she was joined by little sister Ali on a retail romp at the local Planet Blue store.
As for her big legal doings, a TMZ insider has shared that - despite having been kicked out of her volunteering gig at the Downtown Women?s center earlier this month - Lindsay is in ?substantial compliance with the terms of her probation."
Furthermore, Ms. Lohan has kept up on her requirement to have regular therapy sessions with a shrink, even phoning it in when she was recently overseas. And she?s even completed her shoplifting course.
