Human Rights Leader Plays Down Kardashian "Slave Labor" Story

A recent tabloid report shocked readers after its claims of the Kardashians using ?slave labor? to manufacture their clothes, but now the real story is making its way out.

Star Magazine, infamous for spreading rumors, released a headline saying, "Kardashian Sweatshop Scandal: Family's Fashion Empire Makes Millions from Child Labor."

In an attempt to clear the air, Executive Director of the Institute for Global Labour and Human Rights, Charles Kernaghan, told TMZ, "It was a wise idea to wait on the article," because he had no proof that the specific factories the Kardashians use violated child labor standards or human rights.

Kerganghan also added that his quotes were taken completely out of context and that while his organization is investigating the factories the Kardashians use, he was not come across any evidence so far of human rights abuse.
