The ?Wizards of Waverly Place? gal looked to be in high spirits as she and gal pal Francia Raisa stopped by Panera for a bite to eat before heading to a local studio.
Yesterday, Gomez and Bieber took a stroll down the Santa Monica Pier together, holding hands and laughing along the way.
